El arrecifeño dominó el entrenamiento libre que desarrolló el Top Race en Buenos Aires.
Stefano Di Palma, con el Fiat del equipo Octanos, fue el dominador del entrenamiento libre que desarrolla la categoría los viernes. Di Palma registró un tiempo de 1;24.381. En el segundo lugar terminó Ian Reutemann, con el Lexus, quedando a 58 centésimas. En el tercer lugar se ubicó José Manuel Sapag, con el Ford del equipo Lincoln, quedando a 77 centésimas. En el cuarto lugar terminó Tomás Cingolani, con el Lexus del Tinos Sport, quedando a 512 centésimas y en el quinto lugar finalizó Gastón Rossi, con el Mercedes del equipo JLS Motorsport- Corsi Sport, quedando a 750 centésimas.
Completaron los diez primeros: Matías Capurro, Darío Giustozzi, Matías Russo y Fabricio Persia.
